What counts as a message?
One AI reply to a patient — whether they typed or spoke — counts as a single message. Included messages are pooled across your whole team and reset each billing period.
What happens if we go over?
Nothing breaks. Extra messages are billed as overage at your plan's per-message rate (which drops as you size up), and we email you at 80% and 100% of your allowance so there are never surprises.
Are patients or storage metered?
No — only messages are metered. The patient and knowledge-base limits are generous guardrails against abuse, not meters you pay into.
Is there really a free trial?
